Pangea Advisors selects skilled and motivated Columbia Business School students to work with innovative international development organizations on targeted consulting engagements. Selected students work with their team and a mentor throughout the semester to provide high impact deliverables to our clients. Working on a Pangea Advisors project is educational, interesting and fun. Past participants have found the experience to be one of the most memorable of their time at Columbia Business School.

Our Expectations

First- and second-year Columbia Business School students can participate in one Pangea engagement each year. All projects require dedication and commitment to professionally represent the International Development Club, Social Enterprise Program, and Columbia Business School. Our competitive application process ensures our teams are skilled and committed. Some projects require specific skills or experience, including language ability.
