Mentors

Every Pangea Advisors team works with a faculty member, consultant, or international development practitioner. Mentors generously donate their time to enable a successful engagement. In return they work with talented MBA students to tackle client challenges.

Mentors spend 5 to 10 hours per term. They work with teams to analyze the project and plan its execution. This includes creating timelines, prioritizing tasks, and defining deliverables. Mentors review final products and presentations before teams present to clients.

Mentors have team management experience, are available to meet in person or on the phone, and have expertise related to the projects that they work on.
