MBA students staffed on Pangea Advisors’ pro bono consulting projects are supported by the Social Enterprise Program (SEP). The SEP provides financial support to Columbia MBA students who complete international development consulting projects involving travel outside the United States. The International Development Consulting Project Travel Fund covers airfare costs incurred as part of the consulting project. Projects initiated by non-governmental organizations, public and nonprofit organizations are given preference over startup ventures and companies.

Funding to support Pangea projects and travel is generously provided by Deutsche Bank, Falez Fellowships, SEP Advisory board members and friends of the SEP.

In addition, Pangea Advisors would like to acknowledge the advice and resources provided by Columbia Business School faculty advisors, mentors to the consulting teams, alumni, Pangea students who act as partners and manage projects as volunteers, International Development Club members, and staff of the Social Enterprise Program and Columbia Business School.
